Adam Black is an extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional realtor who helped us every step of the way in purchasing a vacation property. As we are from out of state, a process that would seem daunting was not problematic at all as Adam guided us, educated us, and helped us by making spot on suggestions. As he is very up to date on values and locations, we particularly valued his opinions and suggestions. He recommended a lawyer, a construction contractor, and a caretaker - we are very pleased with all of them. He got us lined up with the utilities where possible and gave us all pertinent information.
